  • About the event

We run monthly events for adults 18+ with learning disbilities and/or autism. Our events aim to create authentic night life experiences for this community and are constantly striving for this demographic to stay out later and break down the barriers within this demographic to enable them to 'stay out late'.

Our events are managed by a steering group made up from atendees with a range of disabilities where they are able to come up with the event themes, flyer design, performers and produce the night itself - a night that is run by and for this community and not just simply 'given'. Our DJs are adults with a learning disability or autism that have been through regular training to be able to perform on the night.

    Why should you sponsor?

Sponsoring an event such as ours will bring some great exposure to their brand in terms of giving back to the community. Alongside our monthly event we have an active Facebook presence where thousands will see that you have given back to this demographic. We will work hard to ensure your sponsorship is a success with our events and the community it provides - We have people from all across the region attend our events, not just local people.

    Jimmy Power

We have been running events under the TENFIFTY umbrella since 2016, providing monthly events exclusively for people with a learning disability or autism where they can enjoy a night in a safe space without worrying about being judged. Everything is planned by attendees for the event and we have volunteers from all walks of life that ensure the safety but also the enjoyment in the night. Even down to the bar staff to door staff, we ensure that everybody involved is able to provide a safe, patient space.

Numbers for events range from 60-140 per event, this can depend on the entertainment provided or different times of the year. The events have become well recognised in the community as well as gaining press coverage from local and national news, from radio, TV and newspapers as well as online articles that have written about our events.
