Our mission is to improve the quality of life for individuals with disabilities, their families, and our community through training, education, employment, and advocacy.
We are thrilled to announce our Fourth Annual Bridges Back Roads Bash, scheduled for March 26th. This annual celebration has become a cornerstone of our efforts—bringing together community members, supporters, and advocates to champion inclusivity and empowerment for individuals with disabilities. Tera PogueMy name is Tera Pogue, I am the Director of Philanthropy & Donor Engagement. My hope and my prayer is that every person we get to provide services for, has their life be changed. The impact we get to make everyday is something so special. I love getting to go to work everyday knowing that I get to help push the mission forward so more people can gain employment skills and for their lives to look different because of the independance they learn. I have a cousin with Downs Syndrome and she is working full time now and making a life for herself so I am passionate about helping others do the same.
